EZMEDIBOT Co., Ltd. is a medical robot developer whose name combines “Easy”—representing technologies that simplify complex movements and physically demanding tasks while enabling more comfortable, ergonomic, and efficient operation—with “Medical Robot,” reflecting our specialization in healthcare technologies that save lives and alleviate human suffering.
In 2021, a research project titled “Commercialization of Micro Medical Robots,” jointly developed by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Seoul National University Hospital and Korea Aerospace University, was selected as a Ministry of Health and Welfare R&D initiative. Upon completion of the research and development in December 2024, EZMEDIBOT acquired the associated technologies and patent rights. The company plans to launch U-BOT, a gynecology-dedicated surgical assistance robot, in the first half of 2026.

- Medical device approval from Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (estimated 10 months) and quality management certification in progress
- NET (New Excellent Technology) certification and ISO 13485 certification for production and export in progress

- Completion of technology and patent transfer agreements from Seoul National University Hospital and Korea Aerospace University to EZMEDIBOT.
